Bill Frequency & Due Date
All water service locations are billed on a monthly basis. Payment is due within 25 days of issuance.
Budget Billing – HAWC’s Budget Billing program is a fixed monthly charge for a 12 month cycle. It’s a great way to plan for household expenses as your amount due will not vary from month to month, saving you from the unpredictable changes in your water bill. Bill Delivery Options
HAWC provides the following two billing options. To select or update your billing preference log into your account on MyHAWC.
An email containing a pdf file of the water bill will be sent to the email address(es) on file with HAWC
Bills will be sent First Class mail via the US Postal Service to the mailing address on file with HAWC.
There are NO CHARGES OR FEES for any of HAWC’s payment options.
HAWC accepts the following payment types:
Checks/e-Checks* – Personal, business, or certified bank checks.
*HAWC reserves the right to process check payments electronically. Electronic transfers are processed on the day the check is received. Financial Institutions do not send customers copies of electronically processed checks.
One-time payments can be made by logging into your account on MyHAWC, or if you are are short on time, use the QuickPay option to process payment without logging into your account. Refer to “Payment Options” below for mailing and drop-off information.
Auto Pay (Recurring Monthly Payments)
Payment is directly deducted from your savings or checking account or from a credit or debit card. To enroll, either log into your account on MyHAWC or contact us. Accounts on Budget Billing are required to be on Auto Pay.
Payment Delivery Methods:
Checks, credit card and banking account payments can be made by mail (complete the form on the reverse side of the payment stub portion of bill).
Payments received via US Postal services are processed on the same business day.

Pay by Phone
Payments can be made by calling our office at 603-362-4299. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and payments from a checking or savings account.
Payments can be made online by logging into MyHAWC. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and payments from a checking or savings account. For your convenience you can either process a one-time payment or signup for Auto Pay. Payments received via the MyHAWC website are instantaneously posted to your account.
Your Bank’s “Online Banking/Bill Payment” Method
Payments that are processed through your online banking/bill payment method are not received electronically by HAWC. Your bank will physically send a paper check to HAWC via US Postal Service. Due to this delivery procedure there can be a delay in receipt of your payment. If you choose to process payment through your bank’s online banking/bill payment method we advise you to request the payment be received by HAWC a minimum of 1 week prior to the due date. For example, if your bill is due on the 30th, we would recommend requesting your bank have the payment to HAWC by the 23rd.
