SERVICE APPLICATIONS SENT TO ALL CUSTOMERS:

Recently the Water Company sent Service Applications to many of our customers. Please be advised we are requesting this information from ALL customers, new as well as existing. We are uniformly updating our records. Some customers have been receiving our water service for numerous years, if you are one of these customers please understand we are asking you to complete the NEW application so we may update our records with accurate information. Hampstead Area Water Company, Inc. has completed the construction of a new 0.5 Million Gallon water storage tank on Smith Mtn, in Hampstead, NH. The tank was built in association with Natgun Corp, and is Owned and operated by Hampstead Area Water Company. The tank is now tied into the water system, and will help provide better fire protection and water pressure for the Hampstead water system.

| CONSTRUCTION OF THE KENT FARM WATER MAIN IS COMPLETE |
| As part of the Smith Mountain Tank Hampstead Area Water Company, Inc.
has installed water main along a portion of the Kent Farm Road. |

| ATKINSON "CORE" SYSTEM WIDE CAPACITY ASSESSMENT IS UNDERWAY |
| Atkinson will be the first of two system wide capacity assessments. These assessments will be performed by Emery & Garrett Groundwater, Inc. The purpose of these studies are to provide additional water sources for the future and help better maintain the current sources. Hampstead will undergo a similar study following the Atkinson's assessment completion. |
