The Hampstead Area Water Company, Inc. (HAWC) will be performing an emergency valve repair on Wheelwright Road in Hampstead on Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
What to Expect
This necessary repair work may result in a temporary interruption to water service between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM for customers in the affected area.
After Service is Restored
Once water service is restored, customers may notice temporary discoloration. This is normal following system work.
If discoloration persists after 4:00 PM, we recommend running your cold-water tap for 10–15 minutes to help flush your household plumbing.
