📢 Scheduled Water Service Interruption – Waterford Village Pumphouse Maintenance | Sandown, NH📢

The Hampstead Area Water Company, Inc. would like to notify customers in the Waterford Village area of Sandown about upcoming pumphouse maintenance at the Waterford Village Pumphouse.
To complete this maintenance, water service will be temporarily interrupted between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM on Thursday, December 18th, 2025.
💧 What to Expect
- A temporary interruption in water service during the scheduled maintenance window
- After service is restored, you may notice temporary water discoloration, which is normal following system work
🚰 What to Do
If discolored water persists after 4:00 PM, please run your cold-water tap for approximately 10–15 minutes to flush your water lines. This should clear the water.
